656 E 126th St , Cleveland, OH Units checked out: none (Occupied 1 unit) Exterior Material concrete and masonry stone overlay Some cracks and settlement Proper irrigation has gutters but downspouts is straight to foundation Driveway Slab concrete Sidewalk Slab concrete Grading Ok and pitched gradually away from building Vegetation is started to be knee high or in the more uncontrolled level such as the trees and hedges Exterior structures (decks, balcony, exhaust) wood of porch is getting bad rear deck is very worn and looks to have some dry rot in sections as they were hollow sounding Garage is fairly rough inside with lots of buckets and some panels inside Roof & ventilation shingles are ok (some loose granules) might last a few years no real attic as the ceiling is basically almost to the rafters vents and registers are dirty and or painted badly which prevents air flow theres a register within a step of the shower tub satellite dish is a leak waiting to happen Siding mix between vinyl and aluminum but both have been coated in paint aluminum siding has dents and such and the vinyl is more under the overhang so has more protection from fascia in rear has a hole pest like squirrel most likely Doors r ear Exterior has issues opening all the way and gets stuck on the floor basically just before mid way Windows Trims need work and is dented in spots making it loose Interior Doors m ost work, the double door with glass in side room from living room has broken glass General interior Walls plaster and drywall some a reas are buckling or bowed badly missing some finish work for certain walls Ceiling Drywall Floor Kitchen Bad plumbing and using a flex to just go straight to drain with no trap in place Cabinets have misaligned doors Appliances none Surfaces painted a lot and pretty rough as cabinets are misaligned and all Plumbing A few drains are missing proper traps for the drain cpvc for water inlet lines (tendency to fail after 10-15 years) Missing proper cap for floor cleanout Bathroom It is odd to have a large register in the bathroom within a step of the tub Chimney, fireplace, wood stove Heating system Type Furnace Gas Electrical Missing ground to meter lines so the water line is not bonded Meter No power but there Subpanel none Breaker panel o ld breaker panels designs and no replacement and potential fires hazard Overall Plumbing / fuel system Attic, insulation & ventilation Health & safety concerns Pests there are holes at the top fascia before roof and it is most likely a squirrel or wood pecker Note: lockbox wasnt set correctly and basically was unlockable the whole time prior to me since last use. I had fixed it and set code to what was messaged it to be . Basically the reset was still on B and not back to A to lock in lockbox code
