1. Remove all deteriorating wood windows nine (9) total.
Use lead blocker on all window jamb pockets and install
new vinyl double hung windows. Insulate around each
window and cap window
exteriors with new coil and properly seal inside and
outside. Paint all window trim on the inside to include
casings, stops, sills and aprons.
2. Install aluminum cap on the outside of existing vinyl
windows five (5) total and properly seal. Also these
windows will need to be painted on the inside to include
casings, stops, sills and aprons.
3. Front door side (A) paint threshold and install a rubber
threshold cover and properly seal.
4. Rear door side (C) strip and/or cover with aluminum
door frame.
5. Side door opposite driveway (D) replace door with new
steel prehung door with new pressure treated threshold
and lockset.
6. Paint all exterior wood trim and soffits on all sides of
home.
7. Cover garage walls with tyvek and tape seams. Install
vinyl siding over side walls and front soffit.
8. Porch floor install pressure treated plywood and seal all
seams.
