As a result of the findings, a Control Order was placed on this unit. Based on the Lead Inspection Risk Assessment, propose the comply and notify local and State of Ohio agencies in lifting this Order, arrange final clearance with licensed risk assessor. The owner is responsible for final clearance costs (usually $500.00). Materials will be ordered once a payment is made. This quote is good for 30 days from the date of issue.
