Lofty Holding 614 97th Street DAO LLC, a Wyoming Decentralized Autonomous
Organization Limited Liability Company, Grantor, in consideration of the sum of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, to it paid by Grantee, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby give, grant, bargain, sell and convey, with general
warranty covenants to Heritage Hub LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, Grantee, its
successors and assigns, whose tax mailing address will be 625 Parkway Blvd., #1810, Coppell,
TX 75019

Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and more fully
described as follows:
And known as being Sublot 31 in The Page Realty Company's Lowell Avenue Allotment of part
of Original One Hundred Acre Lots Nos. 360 and 361, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume
49 of Maps, Page 13 of Cuyahoga County Records, as appears by said plat, be the same more or
less but subject to all legal highways.
