HOME, where countless memories are made. The current term of your lease will expire on 02/20/2025 . e would love for you to
continue to be our resident. We are pleased to present you with the lease renewal options below. Please select one option
below and sign this document by 02/01/2025 , so that we can send you the full renewal lease with the option you have
selected. Please note that this document itself does not constitute a signed Lease and that a full lease will be sent to you to sign
after an offer is selected.
#0_1001# Option A - 12 at $1,391.00 with a start date of 02/21/2025 and ending on 02/21/2026 .
#1_1001# Option B - Month-to-Month at $1,669.00 , plus an additional $100 Month-to-Month Administrative Fee each
month.

Please keep in mind, if you do not choose a renewal option AND have all leaseholders sign the lease, prior to your lease
expiration date, your lease will automatically transition to month-to-month status at the rate listed above, plus $100 MTM fee. No
lease will be backdated due to a lack of signature(s).
Once you submit this form, a renewal lease will be sent to you within 72-business hours. If you do not receive this lease, please
check your SPAM folder. If you choose to not renew, please keep in mind that you are required to submit a written notice to
vacate. To submit a notice to vacate, please login to your resident portal. Your lease outlines the advance notice required.
Additional Disclosures:
Lease renewals include a $75 one-time Lease Renewal Fee.
The rates listed above are base rent only, and do not include additional items, such as pet rent (if applicable).
As part of your lease renewal, you will also be enrolled in our industry-leading Resident Benefits Package, which includes
a cost-effective renters insurance offering, rewards and credit reporting for on-time payments, air filter delivery (if
applicable), and other value-added services that you will enjoy! The cost of this mandatory program is $49.95/month,
payable with Rent. Attached you will find a brief summary of all the amenities offered as part of the Resident Benefit
Package.
Month-to-month lease terms are subject to and incorporate all terms and condition stated in the original lease between the
Parties.
