We are grateful that you choose to call one of our properties your HOME, where countless memories are made. The current term of your lease will expire on 02/20/2025 . e would love for you to continue to be our resident. We are pleased to present you with the lease renewal options below. Please select one option below and sign this document by 02/01/2025 , so that we can send you the full renewal lease with the option you have selected. Please note that this document itself does not constitute a signed Lease and that a full lease will be sent to you to sign after an offer is selected. #0_1001# Option A - 12 at $1,391.00 with a start date of 02/21/2025 and ending on 02/21/2026 . #1_1001# Option B - Month-to-Month at $1,669.00 , plus an additional $100 Month-to-Month Administrative Fee each month.
