Immediately following the purchase of the remaining unsold LFTY0125 shares, a common member of both Odom DAO and Le Claire DAO shall propose that either the Le Claire DAO renegotiates the long-expired purchase agreement for 621 E Le Claire Rd or refund all investors pro-rata (including Odom DAO) , due to Le Claire DAO’s failure to purchase the target asset of 621 E Le Claire Rd in a timely manner.
