THIS CAUSE came before the undersigned on Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Final
Judgment of Foreclosure. Having reviewed the motion and other pleadings filed herein, having
heard argument from counsel, and being otherwise fully advised of the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that

Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure is GRANTED.

Plaintiff holds a lien for the total sum superior to any claim or estate of any of the

Defendants on the following described property in Flagler County, Florida:
Lot 25, Block 6, Map of Belle Terre — Section 12, Palm Coast,
according to the map of plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book
6, Page 73, Public Records of Flagler County, Florida.
More commonly known as: 49 Bannbury Lane, Palm Coast,
Florida 32137

If the total sum with interest at the rate described in paragraph 1 and all costs accrued

subsequent to this judgment are not paid, the clerk of this court shall sell the property at public
sale on the 19th day of June 2026, to the highest bidder or bidders for cash at, in accordance
with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, using the following method:

Plaintiff shall advance all subsequent costs of this action and shall be reimbursed

for them by the clerk if Plaintiff is not the purchaser of the property for sale, provided, however,
that the purchaser of the property for sale shall be responsible for the documentary stamps
payable on the certificate of title. If Plaintiff is the purchaser, the clerk shall credit Plaintiff's bid
with the total sum with interest and costs accruing, along with the costs accrued for maintaining
the utilities as described in Plaintiff's affidavit of damages, subsequent to this judgment or such
part of it as is necessary to pay the bid in full all of which may be established by Plaintiff filing
an affidavit of such subsequent interest, costs and fees prior to the sale.

On filing the certificate of title, the clerk shall distribute the proceeds of the sale, so

far as they are sufficient, by paying: first, all of Plaintiff's costs; second, documentary stamps
