Owner. Additional charges, deviation, or emergency repairs must be approved in writing by Owner. Contractor
certifies having proper insurance coverage to carry out the project. B2B Property Management is acting as a project
manager agent and shall not be held liable for any of the performance or quality of the work performed by contractor,
nor for any delays in payment, or other failures of property owner to perform on its contractual duties and
obligations.
