ones. While all Cleveland Properties will have issues ( that’s why they’re so cost effective) most of these
issues have been resolved in the last 3 months. The old Brooklyn area is one of the most popular for
investors, and continues to see appreciation and rent growth.
With a competent local property manager, this property can outperform the prior years, and be a
sustainable, profitable long term asset.
