Timing of Transfer

Onboarding Fee (Because Leaving Requires Entering Again)
You voted us out, but heres a $1,500 onboarding fee from when we got startedjust now being billed.
It funded a "line of credit," which we used, you repaid, and well still charge for.

Surprise Fees Buffet
$500 onboarding fee (again, because one onboarding fee wasn't enough).
$50/month retroactively billed for every month we were managing (even if you couldnt reach us).
$300 market analysis which consisted of Googling Zillow comps.

Equity Tax (Except When Waived by Gracious Decree)
If tokens werent minted to us, expect a 3.5% equity feeunless we arbitrarily waive it as a gift to the DAO.

Fireproof Clause
Yhome cant be fired without cause.
What constitutes cause? Thats for us to define in a future document we'll forget to share.

Mortgage Hostage Clause
Got a loan or mortgage? Management transfer denied until it's paid or the property is sold.

Yhome doesnt do incomplete breakups.

Lien Machine
If we feel our interests are unprotected, expect a lien on the propertybecause love hurts.

Sweat Equity, But Make It Expensive
We log 7 hours/week, charge $50/hour, and may retroactively bill you from August 2024 onward.
Expect charges like: 34 hours = $1,700, but the value created? TBD.
