We must hear from you no later than thirty (30) days after we sent you the FIRST statement on which the error or unauthorized EFT appeared. You must provide the following information: a. Your name and account number b. A description of the error or the transfer you are unsure about. Please explain as clearly as you can why you believe it is an error or why you need additional information. c. The dollar amount of the suspected error. If you tell us orally, we may require that you send us your complaint or question in writing by email within ten (10) business days. After receiving your notice of error or unauthorized EFT, we will investigate and provide you with the results and any corrections we make to your Account within a commercially reasonable time.
