Dear Kylie: We are pleased that you have decided to engage Carmody MacDonald P.C. to provide legal services regarding the above referenced matter. It is anticipated that this engagement will be primarily handled by myself with the assistance of other attorneys and paralegals in this office on an “as needed” basis. This engagement will be handled on an hourly basis. My hourly rate is presently $375.00. Partners are billed at $360.00 to $495.00 per hour. Associates are billed at $280.00 to $385.00 per hour, and paralegals are billed at $165.00 to $225.00 per hour. Our hourly rates are periodically reviewed and adjusted.
