Introduction & Scope
The following numbered and attached pages consist of attachments, videos, pictures, important information, and
recommendations. We performed this inspection per the current Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics (Spanish
Estándares de práctica and Código ético ) of InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors). The
standards of practice contain essential information. The information contained in the Standards will explain that this inspection is
a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a residential property, performed for a fee, which is designed to
identify defects within specific systems and components defined by these Standards that are both observed and deemed
material by the Inspector. The results of this inspection are not intended to represent the presence or absence of concealed
defects that are not reasonably ascertainable or readily accessible in a competently performed review. The scope of work may
be modified by the Client and Inspector before the inspection process.
No warranty, guarantee, or insurance by Safe Investment Home Inspections, LLC is expressed or implied. This report does not
include inspection for mold, lead, asbestos, or wood-destroying insects. A limited sampling of the building components is
viewed in areas that are accessible at the time of the inspection. No destructive testing or dismantling of components is
performed. Not all defects will be identified during this inspection. Unexpected repairs should be anticipated. The Inspector
does not perform engineering, architectural, plumbing, or any other job function requiring an occupational license in the
jurisdiction where the inspection is taking place unless the Inspector holds a valid occupational license, in which case they may
inform the CLIENT that they are so licensed, and is, therefore, qualified to go beyond this basic home inspection, and for an
additional fee, perform other inspections beyond those within the scope of the basic home inspection. You are advised to seek
three professional opinions and acquire repair estimates as to any defects, comments, improvements, or recommendations
mentioned in this report. We recommend that the professional making any repairs inspect the property and the system in
question further to discover and repair related problems that were not identified in the report. We recommend that all repairs,
corrections, and cost estimates, be completed and documented before closing or purchasing the property.
Any statements made by the Inspector about Recommended Upgrades or any inclusion in the Inspection Report of information
regarding these items shall be deemed to be informational only and supplied as a courtesy to you and shall not be deemed to
be an amendment to or waiver of any exclusions included in the "Home Inspection Agreement/Standards of Practice."

Use of Photos and Video: Your report includes many photographs, which help clarify where the Inspector went, what was
inspected, and the condition of a system or component at the time of the inspection. Some of the pictures may be of
deficiencies or problem areas, and these are to help you better understand what is documented in this report and may allow you
to see places or items that you usually would not see. A pictured issue does not necessarily mean that the problem was limited
to that area only.
