any sums due hereunder, Purchaser agrees to pay
BTU Comfort Solutions interest at the rate of one
and one half percent (1½%) per month (annual rate
of 18%) on all outstanding balances. 5. BTU Comfort
Solutions shall not be liable for any default caused
by events beyond its control, including but not
