Dear Investors,
I am pleased to see that Bowmansville has been successfully sold. I wanted to bring the latest invoice to your attention for review.
Additionally, I have forwarded all relevant files to Earl for final approval.
Yhome has been actively managing this property (before termination by the DAO), and work has been ongoing. We encountered a city
violation on the property, which was addressed by engaging two contractors. Yhome has fully paid the first contractor, and we dispatched a
second contractor to handle the city violation.
A follow-up walkthrough was conducted by Align, revealing additional items that needed attention. These were promptly sent to the second
contractor, who completed the repairs. Photos of the completed work were provided.
Could you please arrange for the payment so I can settle with the contractor?
