During the inspection, there was insufficient information or the observation was beyond the scope of the inspection. Improvements cannot be determined until further investigation or observations are made. Location: First Floor Dining Room THE SCOPE OF THE INSPECTION This report is prepared in accordance with Ohio Revised Code 4764 and rules adopted thereunder. All components designated for inspection in the ISHI Inspector Standards are inspected, except as may be noted in the Limitations of Inspection sections within this report.
