We are grateful for this transition. However, YHOME is currently focused on replenishing its line of credit, which is fully deployed at this time. I have requested that Lofty activate the second phase of YHOME's internal lending DAO, but we have not yet begun this process. After inspecting the property, I have sent you the relevant pictures for your review. I have secured an estimate for the necessary repairs, totaling $6,000. I believe we may be able to negotiate this amount down if we act quickly. To proceed, I will need a capital call of $6,000 to cover the repairs, establish a security system, winterize the property, and stabilize it. If we cannot secure these funds, we may have to delay work on the property until YHOME's line of credit is replenished. 20241205_122518.heic
