This loan would provide a monthly interest income of $440 or $0.2087/token/month to DAO members until full repayment of loan. Yhome/Gruzmarg’s combined $17,500 balance remains unpaid and subject to future negotiation.
- Option B – Pay off HRG/ULD/Lofty/ECO and distribute $12.70/token now; lend $17,500 to EARLDAO at 12% APY (receive 350 shares)
- Pay off negative OR balance and distribute $26,730.16 to owners now. Hold back $17,500 as 350 EARLDAO shares for final reconciliation, Yhome dispute, and compliance closure. This loan would provide a monthly interest income of $175 or $0.083/token/month to DAO members until full repayment of loan. Yhome/Gruzmarg’s combined $17,500 balance remains unpaid and subject to future negotiation.
- Option C – Hold all funds in reserves until final bills and disputes are resolved
- No immediate distribution. ECO will release funds once all obligations are finalized and risks are cleared.
- VOTE #2 – RESOLVE YHOME / ASHDOD INVOICE (Ranked Choice)
- Option A – Dispute Entire $13,500 Invoice
- Formally reject the invoice and pursue legal or negotiation options to cancel. No payment released to Yhome or Ashdod.
- Option B – Approve Partial Settlement
- Offer a good-faith settlement to close the matter quickly and reduce legal overhead. ECO Systems negotiates final amount as advised by DAO members.
