Congratulations on taking the first step toward the purchase of your investment property, and
welcome to the Roofstock Community!
Here is what you need to do next:
1. Following this cover letter is: (i) a Property Summary with all of the relevant information related
to your investment; and (ii) the Purchase and Sale Agreement. These are important documents
that govern the terms of your Transaction. Please review or have your attorney review these
documents carefully.
2. Complete the required fields and electronically sign the documents. Once both parties have
signed, a fully executed copy of the documents will be emailed to the parties.
3.

A copy of your documents will be delivered to the Closing Attorney and Title Company to
prepare for Closing. The Closing Attorney will contact you in the next few days for any
additional information and to schedule your Closing Date.

4. If you plan on obtaining financing prior to the Closing of the Transaction, we can help! Please
visit our lending page or contact one of our financing specialists to discuss your needs.
5. If you choose to self manage or have selected a new Property Manager, Roofstock will help
coordinate your property management transfer. Our property management transfer team will be
in touch with you shortly.
6. When you are ready to close your Transaction, your escrow company will prepare the documents
for Closing; provide you with wire instructions; and set up a convenient time for execution.
7. Close and cash flow!
