Detailed repair scope:
The electrician is at the address now. A section of wires need
s to be replaced and also the breaker most probably needs to
be replaced. That should solve the electrical problem.
Replace brunt wires breaker box
Replace 20 feet of wires in attic ( wire insulation was melted fr
om excessive heat) and the breaker in electric panel. Next da
y tenant called us for no power again, we were there and one
outlet had a short because of overloading with too many cons
umers plugged in. We cut the burned wires and rewired the o
utlet ( this could be a problem in the future because they don't
have to many outlets in the house and overload existing ones
)
