I was able to take the spreadsheet that was attached to one of the emails I recently received from the TCWD. It had 11 months of data and then I applied some ratios as it relates to the outstanding balance. Here's the breakdown: Total Amount Due: $33,299.89 Water Fees: $13,434.04 (40%) Base Rate: $6,978.26 (21%) Late Fees: $12,887.59 (39%) As mentioned in my previous email, I'm looking to sell the adjacent land but I'm also working on selling equity in the property to pay off the water bill and other obligations. I'm not sure how quickly this can be done, but we're making progress. Do you think the TCWD would accept $2K to turn on the water and then keep up with current water + and amount to catch up. Then, once the adjacent land is sold or enough equity in the property has been sold we pay the rema
