Thank you for the email and statements. I'll check with the property manager (cc'd here) as they are handling the payments. We're trying to make the
monthly payments and then are looking to catch up on the larger payment. I'm not sure if the large balance is correct, but we're trying to stay current
now that we're billed consistently. We'll get you the payments for September and August (not sure what happened there) and then try to put a longerterm schedule to catch up on the balance.

This isn’t on autopay because of the giant unpaid balance. I don’t remember to make manual payments every month, that’s too much manual
processing. I also have not received a bill since, well, ever. I only see payment receipts on months I remember to process.

The late fee they charge is egregious and compounds astronomically. You should negotiate this with the city. I bet half of the unpaid balance is just
compounded late fees.

The balances are correct. I gave you the spreadsheets. We can no longer extend a payment plan as we have been working with this balance
since 2020. The district relies on payment of water sold to our customers to continue running .
Please pay your balances by November 9, 2025 to avoid service interruption.

About half of the charges are late fees, which are exorbitant, about 1% of the balance per month. Are you able to waive all the late fees that have
accumulated so we can see and pay the actual water charges alone?

I think you should negotiate with them. There’s no way the DAO can pay that $34k so I only sent a little over what’s due every month.

I spoke to Melany. She was really nice and gave me some suggestions. They may not extend which will not be good, but she suggested that I make a
plea in the email and she'll forward it to the board. I'm going to make a draft. If you can look at this, that would be great and then I'll forward along to
Melany and see what happens.
