Instructions for Online Submission of Tax Support Documentation
To upload support documentation visit: https://sonomacounty.hdlgov.com/Update/Update1/TOT. You
will need your account # and PIN, if you do not have this, please email tot@sonoma-county.org.
1. After clicking the link, enter the code, your account # and PIN and click ‘Find Account.’
2. Once logged in, you will be directed to the file attachment page. All support documentation
should be uploaded as an Excel file or PDF file in the area highlighted below. Click ‘Save &
Continue’.

3. Next, you will be taken to the ‘Registration Information’ page, no action is needed. Click ‘Done
with contacts, go to next step.’ If the information on this page is incorrect, please email us.
4. On the confirmation page, complete all blank fields. Once done, click ‘Submit Update Request’
