charges for labour and materials. Additional charges, deviation, or emergency repairs totaling greater than
10% of the Subtotal must be approved in writing by Owner. Contractor certifies having proper insurance
coverage to carry out the project. B2B Realty is acting as a project manager agent and shall not be held liable
for any of the performance or quality of the work performed by contractor, nor for any delays in payment, or
other failures of property owner to perform on its contractual duties and obligations. B2B Realty PM Fee is a
fifteen percent (15%) project management fee due to B2B Realty for hiring and overseeing the project, and
shall be collected upon job commencement.
