hard to fully say if it will fix or not cause the sidding
is old but gonna attempt a water seal and improve a
way for water to run off better material and labor

can patch drywall damage best we can in living
room that needs repairs from roof leak after we fix
roof leak so that whatever we do doesn't go to
waste. i band aid $400 but there is defiantly mold
gonna grow up there proper fix is gutting ceiling so it
can air out , and re install fresh drywall. i can quote
that later but will be 1500 or greater

acting as a project manager agent and shall not be held liable for any of the performance or quality of the work performed by
contractor, nor for any delays in payment, or other failures of property owner to perform on its contractual duties and
obligations. B2B Realty PM Fee is a fifteen percent (15%) project management fee due to B2B Realty for hiring and overseeing
the project, and shall be collected upon job commencement.
