Honestly, this is the first time I’ve seen any of them except the $200 one for the uncut bushes. The owners were unaware that the previous Property Manager, Urban REI, had neglected to perform their basic duties including registration of the rental property, resulting in these tickets. The owners have since terminated their previous contract with Urban REI, and I have attached the completed Rental License Packet as requested. Please see below showing proof that the owners have been trying to evict this tenant for nonpayment since January 2025 and she refused to vacate. We have been trying to get this property vacant all year so it can be listed for sale. On behalf of the owners, I am requesting that the $775 fine for “No Occupancy” for Citation # C0062-001963 and the $100 fine for Citation # C0015-000107
