I/We acknowledge the following and fully understand that: No new rental license applications will be approved, unless the property has an existing license and is currently occupied. If the property is vacant, it can’t be rented or occupied. If the current tenant moves out of the property or the property becomes vacant for any reason, the property will lose its rental privileges and cannot be rented or occupied. Rental licenses are non-transferable from the prior owner. I am unable to sign this affidavit because this property is vacant and can no longer be rented or occupied. Please turn our water back on so we can sell this property to an owner-occupant ASAP. Thank you very much. I will work on the rental property license packet if required. I was under the impression this was completed by the previous PM, Urban REI, for the most recent tenant, and this should already be in your records. We have no intention of converting this property back to a rental property.
