Hello Beverley, Robert, and Marilynn,
I greatly appreciate you adjusting the new fees of these tickets. Honestly, this is the first time I’ve seen any of them except the $200 one for
the uncut bushes. The owners were unaware that the previous Property Manager, Urban REI, had neglected to perform their basic duties
including registration of the rental property, resulting in these tickets. The owners have since terminated their previous contract with Urban
REI, and I have attached the completed Rental License Packet as requested.
Please see below showing proof that the owners have been trying to evict this tenant for nonpayment since January 2025 and she refused
to vacate. We have been trying to get this property vacant all year so it can be listed for sale.
On behalf of the owners, I am requesting that the $775 fine for “No Occupancy” for Citation # C0062-001963 and the $100 fine for Citation #
C0015-000107 for “no paper shade on windows” be voided and waived in its entirety. I do not dispute the multiple attempts at getting the
exterior landscaping done as those should have been done by the management, however I do ask that the tenants’ failings be forgiven.
Moving forward, while we would appreciate not receiving any more citations prior to a future sale, can you please update the address on file
so that we may actually receive them?
