Remove existing kitchen cabinets, replace with new cabinets lower and tops, new appliance package stainless steel to include microwave, stove,

BATHROOMS: new tile, on floors and shower tub surround, reglaze tub to new finish, install new vanity and possible replace ment of toliet.all new
hardware for shower, vanity.
Paint whole interior: primer: ceiling, walls, trim and doors. fix, any imperfections, spackle, drywall, mud, tape to prepare for final paint.

Exterior: Fix wood fence on side of home, replace or repair facia and soffit where necessary, fix patch any missing shingles, replace interior vent

covers over the crawl space vents with appropriate outdoor vents. replace aluminum covering in places needed namely around windows.
Treat interior staircase with anti rusting material then prepare for paint.
Install LTV flooring in areas where needed.

Sand hardwood and refinish where needed.
Improve front walk and add concrete walk way to driveway from front stair case.

Contractor will work with agent for selections of appliances, cabinets, handles (pulls), tile selections and vanity as well as granite, quartz supplier.
Owner will be responsible for these FINISHING ITEMS.
CONTRACTOR WILL PROVIDE RECEIPTS FOR HARD CARPENTRY MATERIAL FOR REIMBURSEMENT; IE, STUDS, DRYWALL, FACIA,
SOFFFITS ,CONCRETE, ETC.
