The loan shall be advanced for business purposes in connection with the property located at 1432 Sara Ave. Akron, OH 44305 (the “Property”) and jointly serviced by Lofty AI, Inc. and ECO Systems, LLC (“Servicer”). I. TERMS OF REPAYMENT A. Payments Interest shall be payable in monthly installments of one hundred thirty dollars ($130.00), beginning on July 9, 2025.
