separate local contacts visited the property recently and reported that the work remains incomplete. Based on feedback we have received
no buyers are interested because there is another $20,000 of work to get this rent-ready or prepared for sale. I have photos of the
exterior paint job submitted to the owners, and based on local estimates, notable pieces of the invoice should have cost less. Considering
the labor and all work completed, we can settle at $8,000, payable immediately.
