General Warranty Deed Know All Men by These Presents, made on the ___ day of January, 2026, by and between Lofty Holding 13806 Coit Rd DAO LLC, a Wyoming Decentralized Autonomous Organization Limited Liability Company, Grantor, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, to it paid by Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby give, grant, bargain, sell and convey, with general warranty covenants to MOGA 2 Real Estate LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, Grantee, their successors and assigns, whose tax mailing address will be 4231 Balboa Avenue, San Diego, CA 92117 Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga, and State of Ohio: And known as being Sublot No. 12 in Glenhaven Subdivision of part of Original One Hundred Acre Lot No. 359 as shown by the recorded Plat in Volume 38 of Maps, Page 8 of Cuyahoga County Records, and being 40 feet front on the Southwesterly side of Coit Road Northeast, and extending back of equal width 120 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
