Your invoice is for $32,460. However, three separate local contacts visited the property recently and reported that the work remains incomplete. Based on feedback we have received no buyers are interested because there is another $20,000 of work to get this rent-ready or prepared for sale. I have photos of the exterior paint job submitted to the owners, and based on local estimates, notable pieces of the invoice should have cost less.
