We cannot remove or energize the panel for power until gets resolved. Detailed Scope and Solution: Main power is off at box due to fire. Upstairs bedrooms. Restore power. No lock out. Upstairs only - Option 1 Electrical materials. Wire, boxes, connectors, outlets, switches and misc Electrical repair. Option 1 is to run new 12/2 romex from the box to the 3rd floor only. Eliminate the connection to the existing knob and tube running to the 3rd floor and install a junction box. Run new 12/2 wire from the box to the 3rd floor. Replace 2 ceiling lights, Run new electric wire to lights, outlets, and switches on the 3rd floor. Install junction boxes as needed. Eliminate 3rd floor knob and tube and wall mount light fixture.
