3.2.1 Some damaged siding noted. Recommend replacement/sealing to reduce possible moisture/pest
intrusion and for intended appearance.
3.2.3 Wood rot identified in areas throughout the exterior. Further evaluation is recommended to determine
the extent of potential damaged and repair as needed to prevent future concerns.

Eaves / Fascia / Soffit
3.3.1 Fascia damage is visible although most of the fascia is concealed by the gutters. Recommend further
evaluation to determine the full extent of damage and repair as required.

Trim
3.4.1 Wood trim around exterior is in need of maintenance. Recommend repairing (as/if needed), scraping,
prepping, recaulking and repainting to reduce the potential for further deterioration.

Porch(es)
3.5.1 Structural settlement noted to the porch and porch roof . Recommend a qualified contractor replace the
damaged sections and repair as needed to reduce further deterioration and provide intended support.
