A Visual Sewer Scope Inspection has been performed to inspect the condition of the home sewer line and to
identify components in need of immediate repair. The inspection included the following: a proper access into the
sewer line, a camera device was then inserted into the sewer line, the inspection process was recorded, and a
report has been created to outline the findings. A web link video of the recording is included in this email. The
evaluation is based on visual observations and based upon data collected from the inspection camera equipment.
The inspection and report are not intended to be technically exhaustive. Pillar To Post has provided a report that
is a summary of observations and unbiased opinions based on the experience of the inspector.
The Inspection Report outlines and defines the portions of the sewer line that were inspected and indicates any
areas that were not inspected, the reason they were not inspected, and general statements of what is commonly
included and excluded during an inspection. The Inspection Report, together with the inspection agreement,
represent the final statement on the condition of the sewer line when inspected and the final statement on what
was included and/or excluded in the inspection.

Sewer Lateral inspection

Follow Up
Sewer lateral line has a blockage at 41'10" from the line access .
6" clay line on the outside of the house has heavy roots.
Recommend cabling line prior to move in and yearly as maintenance to prevent a back up.
