The property referenced above was recently purchased by Black Cannon LFTY0300 DAO LLC on 1/3/2023.
The Property Manager completed an initial inspection of the property and noted that there is no water meter
at the property.
I am requesting for a new meter to be installed. I authorize for the $337 installation fee to be charged on the
water bill. I would also like to schedule this installation in the afternoon.
Please let me know when the next afternoon appointment is for the meter installation.
