This roof is not up to the code right now there are visible holes that can be noticed from outside. Repair is not any permanent solution here. We sent out two expert roofers both of them suggested this roof replacement. But as per the request we are providing a repair bid as well for a temporary solution and there is no warranty that it will solve the total problem. This roof is very old and steep so we will have to take extra cautions to perform the work.
