Scope of work:
Upon Arrival we found that the roof is very old mostly damaged, there are missing shingles in so
many places from where the water is leaking and damaging the property interiors like rafters,
joist and ceiling slowly. This roof is not up to the code right now there are visible holes that can
be noticed from outside. Repair is not any permanent solution here. We sent out two expert
roofers both of them suggested this roof replacement. But as per the request we are providing a
repair bid as well for a temporary solution and there is no warranty that it will solve the total
problem. This roof is very old and steep so we will have to take extra cautions to perform the
work.

Roof Valley repair (Front left side of the house)
-Remove existing layer of roofing cement at the bottom
of the valley and repair the valley flashing area from
where the water drips down.
-Apply new layer of roofing cement at the bottom of the
valley and along the side.
New Gutter Installation beside front left side of
the house
-Install a new gutter so that the water can go down
through that gutter without getting clogged in that area.
It will prevent extensive damage of that area from water
flow.
