Scope of work:
Upon Arrival we found that the roof is very old mostly damaged, there are missing shingles in so
many places from where the water is leaking and damaging the property interiors like rafters,
joist and ceiling slowly. This roof is not up to the code right now there are visible holes that can
be noticed from outside. Repair is not any permanent solution here. We sent out two expert
roofers both of them suggested this roof replacement. So, we are providing estimate for approx.
2400 sq ft of roof replacement. This is a multi-layer roof. If additional problem found with the
sheathing after removing the shingles we will call from site.

-Removal of 2400 sq ft of all existing shingles
-Removal of 24 sq ft of roof felt paper
-Removal of 46 linear feet of drip edges
-Removal approx. 100 sq ft of roofing caps
-Repair any damage wood up to 60 linear ft
**Note: if after removing shingles/felt additional
sheathing is needed client will be notified & a change
order will be submitted**
