Development and Neighborhood Services Department 1200 E 46th St Davenport, Iowa 52807 1/10/2024 MILLTOWN REALTY 2316 5TH AVE MOLINE IL 61265 VACANT/SUBSTANDARD NOTICE Re: 1236 W 7TH ST Parcel: H0056-78 Inspection Date of Reference: 11/6/2023, 11:00 AM Dear Property Owner/Manager: An inspection was performed at the above captioned vacant building and numerous violations of the Davenport Municipal Code were found to exist. These code violations were of such a severe nature that the building was tagged unfit for occupancy and may not be reoccupied until all repairs have been made, inspected, and approved by this office. Failure to have the property inspected and approved before being reoccupied will result in a citation(s) being issued, significant penalties billed, and the property being re-tagged and ordered vacated within seven (7) days of the date occupancy was verified. The following conditions render the building substandard. Violation Ceiling-Deteriorated/missing tile(s)/panel(s) Description Repair/replace the ceiling tile(s)/panel(s) as necessary to code.
