ENTRY AND REKEY
PROPERTY ADDRESS: 122 Florida Park Dr, Palm Coast, FL 32137
TENANT NAME: Austin Tinkham
LEASE TERM: May 17, 2026 โ€“ May 31, 2027
AUTHORIZATION
I, Austin Tinkham, the undersigned Tenant of the above-referenced
property, hereby authorize Goose LFTY0320 DAO LLC, its agents,
representatives, and/or property managers (collectively "Landlord"), to
forcibly enter the Premises and/or rekey the locks under the following
circumstances:
1. 1. EMERGENCY ENTRY
Landlord is authorized to enter the Premises without prior notice in the
event of an emergency, including but not limited to: fire, flood, gas leak,
structural damage, or any other condition that poses an immediate threat to
life, health, or property.
2. 2. ABANDONMENT
If Tenant abandons the Premises (as defined by Florida law), Landlord is
authorized to enter, secure, and rekey the Premises to prevent unauthorized
access, theft, or vandalism.
3. 3. NON-PAYMENT / DEFAULT
In the event of Tenant default for non-payment of rent or material breach of
the Lease Agreement, and after all legally required notices have been

provided, Landlord is authorized to enter and rekey the Premises as
permitted by Florida law.
4. 4. REKEYING
Tenant authorizes Landlord to rekey all exterior locks at any time following
forced entry. Tenant understands that they will not be provided new keys if
the rekeying occurs due to Tenant default, abandonment, or as otherwise
permitted by law.
5. 5. COSTS
Tenant agrees that all costs associated with forced entry and/or rekeying,
including locksmith fees, repair costs, and labor, may be charged to Tenant
and deducted from the Security Deposit or recovered as Additional Rent.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Tenant acknowledges that this authorization is given voluntarily and is
binding upon Tenant and Tenant's heirs, successors, and assigns. Tenant
further acknowledges that Landlord will use reasonable efforts to document
the condition of the Premises at the time of entry and will comply with all
applicable Florida statutes, including Chapter 83, Part II of the Florida
Statutes (Residential Landlord and Tenant Act).
