Might still work but potentially have issues working smoothly Porch columns looks to be misaligning (cosmetic from the look) Roof & ventilation looks decent from afar, no roof attic vents so it needs more roof vents, would need Soffit as well for ventilation The plumbing vent stack is also cracked Means potential weak spot at the roof (leaks, etc ) Cast iron Should be extended by 6 inches or more for proper vent stack to also prevent debris from getting in Siding Vinyl Looks to be about half life 5 years is roughly half the life Doors Windows Interior (did not go inside, occupied building) Doors General interior Walls Ceiling Floor Kitchen Appliances Surfaces Plumbing Bathroom Chimney, fireplace, wood stove c himney, looks like its an active use one cause it has a clay stack but if not used anymore than would be good to make a vent cap out of it Heating system Type Electrical Meter By weather head outside the anchor needs sealant as it attaches straight to the wood of the house with the siding cut out. Will become a problem over time Subpanel Breaker panel Overall Plumbing / fuel system Attic, insulation & ventilation Health & safety concerns Pests
