Might still work but potentially have issues working smoothly Porch columns looks to be misaligning (cosmetic from the look) Roof & ventilation looks decent from afar, no roof attic vents so it needs more roof vents, would need Soffit as well for ventilation The plumbing vent stack is also cracked Means potential weak spot at the roof (leaks, etc ) Cast iron Should be extended by 6 inches or more for proper vent stack to also prevent debris from getting in Siding
