The Members have formed Lofty Holding 12028 Wade Park Avenue DAO LLC, a Decentralized Autonomous Organization Limited Liability Company ("DAO") subject to the Wyoming Limited Liability Company Act (“the Act”) and the Wyoming Decentralized Autonomous Organization Supplement (the “Supplement”).
