Thankfully the tenant was understanding, and is comfortable with the replacement being installed on Monday. My team won’t charge margin on the repair. We have purchased a few alarm systems are placing them in high risk areas. We are also not installing Furnaces/ water heaters when missing until we have a tenant in place

I’m sorry to let you know that the furnace and water heater at 1090 Diagonal were stolen. It was
discovered during the move in. Thankfully the tenant was understanding, and is comfortable with the
replacement being installed on Monday.
My team won’t charge margin on the repair. We have purchased a few alarm systems are placing them
in high risk areas. We are also not installing Furnaces/ water heaters when missing until we have a
tenant in place. This may take longer to find a tenant, but we’ll work on ways to mitigate it.
