Principal Obligation FOR VALUE RECEIVED, Yhome Nursing LLC, and Calixte Duffaut to the extent signing individually or as additional obligor (collectively, “Maker”), promises to pay to Lofty Holding 1090 Diagonal Rd DAO LLC (“Payee”), or its authorized representative, the principal sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), together with interest as set forth below. 2.
