Economic terms are based on the settlement framework approved for 1090 Diagonal Rd. 1. Principal Obligation FOR VALUE RECEIVED, Yhome Nursing LLC, and Calixte Duffaut to the extent signing individually or as additional obligor (collectively, “Maker”), promises to pay to Lofty Holding 1090 Diagonal Rd DAO LLC (“Payee”), or its authorized representative, the principal sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), together with interest as set forth below. 2. Date / Purpose This Note is issued as the deferred settlement component of the 1090 Diagonal Rd closeout arrangement following immediate application of $28,876.78 against the total negotiated settlement amount of $78,876.78. 3.
