We are pleased to announce that the tenant has officially moved in and is now paying rent. The first rent payment will go
to the property manager, after which we will initiate our quarterly operations.
As of February 2, 2025, we have a capital call of $12,452.94 and a home loan of $13,753.55. The property is currently
stable, and our focus is now on ensuring tenant stability.
Additionally, we plan to conduct a market analysis and secure financing to address the capital call. We will keep you
